  3. 300 gms noodles
  4. 1 cup julienne cut carrots
  5. 1 cup sliced capsicum
  6. 1 cup spring onions
  7. 1 cup cabbage sliced
  8. 2 tbsp soya sauce
  9. 2 tbsp vinegar
  10. 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  11. 1 tsp black pepper
  12. 1 tsp salt
  13. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 1/2 cup oil
  15. For chicken gravy
  16. 1/2 kg chicken boneless boti
  17. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  18. 1/2 cup oil
  19. 1 cup ketchup
  20. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  21. 1 tsp salt
  22. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  23. 2 tbsp soya sauce
  24. 2 tbsp vinegar
  25. 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  26. Mayonnaise sauce
  27. 1 cup mayonnaise
  28. 1/2 cup ketchup
  29. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  30. 1/4 cup milk
  31. 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  32. For garnish
  33. Oil for frying
  34. Boiled fried noodles
  35. 5-6 green chilles fried

Instructions to make to make Singaporean rice

  1. First boil rice and add 1/2 cup oil and set aside now boil noodles add salt and oil to boiling water and after 15 mins strain all water and add noodles to bowl full of water for 30 mins then strain all the water and set it aside.
  2. Now for stir fry veg noodles add 1/2 cup oil in a wok then add all veg and stir fry for 1 min then add spices and stir fry it for another 1 minute then add noodles and stir fry for 1 minute and set it aside
  3. Now for chicken gravy add oil to wok then chicken and fry it for 1 minute then add ginger garlic paste and stir fry for 1 minute then add ketchup and all sauce and all spices to it and cook it for 5 minutes if thick then add 1/4 cup water
  4. For mayonnaise sauce, add 1 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup ketchup and black pepper chilli sauce and 1/4 cup milk to make a sauce
  5. Take 1 and 1/2 boil noodles,now for frying add some oil to wok then add boiled noodles add noodles to hot oil and fry till golden brown and set aside and fry some green chillies.
  6. For layering first layer with boiled rice then stir fry veg noodles then chicken gravy then mayonnaise sauce lastly garnish with crushed fried noodles and fried onion
