- 1/2 kg chicken boneless cubes
- 1 medium onion chopped
- For stir fried vegetables:
- 1 tbsp garlic chopped
- 1 inch piece ginger julienne
- 2 cups cabbage sliced
- 1 cup carrot julienne
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 cup capsicum julienne
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup Green onion sliced
- For sauce :
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 4-5 tbsp ketchup
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Assembling:
- 1/2 kg boiled rice
Steps to make to make Bar.B.Q Rice...
- Step 1 : For chicken : Mix all the marination ingredients well and marinate the chicken for 1-2 hours.
- Step 2 : In a pan add 2-3 tbsp cooking oil amd add onion. Fry until light golden. Now add the marinated chicken. Mix well. Cook for 8-12 mins on low flame. Now remove the lid and fry until oil srperates
- Step 3 : Then give it a coal smoke for 20-30 seconds.
- For stir fried vegetables: In a pan add 2 tbsp oil.Add garlic. Stir fry it for 1 min. Add all the vegetables and all the ingredients. Mix well. Stir fry for 2-3 mins. Turn off the flame and add the green onion mix well. Set aside
- For Sauce : Mix all the ingredients well.And set aside.
- Step 6 : Put boiled rice in a pyrax or deep dish.Put vegetables on top. Put cooked B.B.Q chicken on top and drizzle sauce on top....and serve....😊😊
